What is Dustless Blasting?

Dustless Sandblasting is a method of surface preparation that involves mixing water and abrasive material like glass, inside the blast tank, which we use to spray on the surface you need prepared, big or small. 

Minimal dust is produced during the process; the abrasive gets trapped in water and grounded. It will not warp thin metal like a traditional sandblasting will, because of the water.

Many abrasives can be used, but our favorite is recycled bottle glass because it is clean, good for a wide range of jobs, and eco-friendly. 

The rust inhibitor decontaminates metal, leaving a clean, chloride-free paint-ready surface that is free of flash rusting for up to 72 hours.

Once we finish sandblasting, we'll paint your metal surface to protect it from weather, rust, and dirt. You can rest assured that we'll use quality paint to seal surfaces and extend the life of your metal surface. Mobile and on-site services are also available!
